Focusing speed is better than before.  Here are the plus points that I like the most:

** New focusing system and 65 focusing points - awesome
** Auto-focus at f/8 e.g. EF400mm f/5.6L + 1.4X TC
** 10 fps
** Better high ISO handling
** Exposure compensation in Manual mode

Yes, and also heard that the continuous focussing and tracking is very accurate...

Phoo, I am going to turn White very soon, I think. Laughing
Hope to get more on field infor from you. Especially the combination
with EF400mm F5.6 L lens + 1.4xTC. Further more, this is the best and cheapest combination
for a Black holder to try out White.

Ben, as long as you're not blue black then it's OK.
I would not recommend 400mm f/5.6 yet at this time if you can wait.  I pre-ordered the new 100-400mm II and should be getting the lens very soon.  From so many reviews, this will be the best combo with 7D2.
